Our internet connection is still down, and to add insult to injury, my FAX line now has no dial tone either, meaning I have to repatch my phone wiring to allow my computer to dial out. Arg. They say they are working on it...

By Martin de Weger on Friday, September 27, 2002 - 3:02 pm: |
Can it be from a bird??
|
By Susan Feldman on Friday, September 27, 2002 - 3:05 pm: |
Well, I've heard of flying fish, and come to think of it, there are some birds that dive...
|
By Martin de Weger on Friday, September 27, 2002 - 3:17 pm: |
But why on the lens?????
|
By Jake Richter - NetTech on Friday, September 27, 2002 - 3:27 pm: |
Well, it appears (knock on wood) that our connection is back again. Of course I just learned that if you Ctrl-Alt-Del a RedHat Linux machine at the login prompt, it reboots, so our camera server is down for a few minutes. I'm too used to Windows XP's and Windows 2000's login screens where you have to Ctrl-Alt-Del to get to a login prompt - reflex.
