Oh God, I understand what you mean. I too have sometimes problem with my back ( crushed lombar vertebras ) and it is awful when it pains. I do sympathize with you. Do you know that swimming is very good for this kind of problem ?

I do swim 3 days a week, and it does help, I just need the view and the warm sea air
