I am trying my first capture and post picture. I think it is a pretty good picture of the fish, a tang I think.

what you don't want to do is use the file name in the posting. Just cut and paste from 'formatting images' below. Once you have posted correctly, you'll get a 'your image here' icon and the option to browse for a file and upload it. Then click post again, and viola! should work.

Rosemary: you can do it.

type this: \image{my picture}

then after previewing and posting the message, you will be prompted to browse for the file, and then upload.
