Hey all,,,,My daughter flys out tonight to Europe...those who know me, know my plane paranoia....she will be on 10...count them....10 planes during a 10 day visit...and visiting London, Ireland, Rome, Prague,and Athens....I will need all the moral and Psycho support you can offer....:} I can feel the hives starting now! and the cam is down! My schedule today will be 9am to 5pm...when it will be MEGGA wonga wonga time for me.....hope to see and talk to you all later...post some nice relaxing pics if you could!

Hey Mooskeeter - Stay calm! Cheryl & I have been there, when our daughter went to Europe at age 18. We'd get off the phone having turned blue to the stories of, "spending the day alone in Paris". To their credit they are always WAY more grown up and responsible than we give them credit for. Sounds like a wonderful, mind-expanding experience for your daughter. You just get to "Wogga" all day long!!

With Jake's word on the reef-cam this morning there could be a world-wide PBD outbreak!

OK, what left coaster used a bull horn to shout HOOTIE HOO? We already had spring, we don't need SUMMER yet! 90 degrees is a bit much.

It must have been all those right coasters Linnea! I gotta say ...drove to work along the coast with the top down...Catalina Island was gorgeous...the channel 5 news caught a pod of dolphins off the coast of Manhattan Beach while they were "supposed to be checking on traffic"...cameras stayed on them for a good 5 minutes...what a way to start the day!

Hootie Hoo! I was parked next to a marsh this morning and the red-wing blackbirds were doing their *okaleee* calls and a V of Canada geese flew overhead honking. Just saw a purple grackle out back at the feeder, too. Must be an early bird!!

Thanks all....I just talked to my daughter..she's boarding in 3 hours...( I only have 3 hives so far)..I reminded her boyfriend about my Sicilian heritage...I told her I had inquired about the hotel she is staying at in London...and she asks her boyfriend "Are we staying at a hotel in London?"....clueless at 22! If this were my trip I would have known the maids names in advance! Is it March 6th yet?
