John - did you get ice overnight or all rain? We were extremely iced over this morning - but it's been raining buckets all day... no snow at all here in WestMA.

Rusty driving home from work last night was horrible (Newburyport MA to Wells ME) - twice the usual time. Icey rain now, not a good ride home again... But tomorrow I fly to southern FL for a week vacation (not Bonaire, but warm!!)

Hi Denise, it's 85 here in central FL. supposed to have a cool front come in tomorrow so we'll be back in the low 70's. Will probably still be warm in S. FL. You should have good weather - enjoy.

Denise, rough ride. I'm so happy I had today off, the weather has been as bad as it gets, 27 degrees and raining. My guess is 1/2 inch of ice, I still have electricity, knock on wood.

All I can say is it's wonga wonga time, thank God. I've given up on moving any more ice or snow for today. Still trying to get used to the camera in the U/W case, I've pretty much decided to leave it in the housing even above water. You have to press the buttons all the way to make contact and there's not much feedback when you have contact. It will take some getting used to. Here's an early sunset, it may get better, but look pretty good right now.

I was wrong about the sunset, it got better.

That's already close to the Best Off, if we get a sailboat we may have a Best Off Ever.

I forgot last time, Cheers All.

Amazing that the sunset just blinks from red/amber to pastels in a couple minutes!

Freddie! I search on "animated gifs animals (or scuba)" on Yahoo and spend some time just bopping around grabbing what I like.

Here are a few links from my desktop:

Just finished talking to Kevin and hoping I hadn't missed the sunset. Does it look as good as this in real life? Or better even? I can hardly wait - less than 3 months to go.

Thanks Rusty, I just love surfing the web...This will make the job all that much easier. I was looking for a bubbly wine glass but ended up going to a Winery site for the Glass above. I am storing quite a few of the .Gif s to use when ever now that I know I can even send them in E-mail... Thanks again for you expertise...

Sunset looks even more overwhelming when your on Bonaire, feel the warm breeze coming thru, while holding a cold beer sitting in a lazy chair.
trust me live is great on Bonaire, many times I have to remind myself, that we live in a privilegd piece of paradise.Cause after 6 years it becomes normal, but it is not!

Cecil, I am with you. I am so afraid that we are going to get down there and not want to come back (what with 15 cm of new snow today and now dumping freezing rain - I wonder why??). I was only partially joking when I said we would send for our laptops and work remote. Ho hum ... 31 more sleeps and we get to experience the sunsets first hand. sigh
