Since we decided on Bonaire for this trip I've been watching the cams, the move, and lately, reading your board. I've become addicted. ; )

Wondering if anyone else will be there at that time. I booked with Eden and Wannadive long before the cam moves, and now I'm excited. Can't believe I picked the perfect place (duh..Eden, what a name for a perfect place!) I hope ya'll will catch us on the cams, I'll be 'puter-less there and will be dying to see if we were "caught" when we get back.

We will be on island 27July to 8Aug. Normally stay at Eden but are house-sitting this time. We will be diving with WannaDive tanks and parting at Bongos. See you there.

Kathy - Welcome to BonaireTalk... glad you stepped out of the shadows as a 'lurker' and joined the discussion.

My wife and I won't be anywhere near Bonaire this year, but I just want to wish you a safe and enjoyable trip. Our first trip to the island was in March of 2000 and I've never really gotten it out of my head. Went back in 2002 with some friends and now we're really hooked.

Prepare for at least 6 months of web cam watching and PBD (Post Bonaire Depression) when you get back.

the PBD (Post Bonaire Depression) is a good one.
I am really suffering from this. Just came back 29th of june, and the suffering is horrible!

I haven't decided yet wether the webcams make it worse or not, but DID decide to keep on watching.

You will not be disappointed with Eden, WannaDive or Bongo's.

Kathy~ You do not have to be completely 'puterless while you are in Bonaire. There is a store you can go to just on the other side of the traffic circle from where you are staying at Eden. They have computers you can use to check email or whatever you want. It is within an easy walking distance from Eden. Click here to visit their website. Have fun!

Does your daughter (Alison?) have her birthday on Bonaire ???
