Just a note fromm Bonaire-Divi Flamingo, The weather is great, the fish are fantastic, the only downer is it is a little cloudy past few days and colors aren't as bright, but not complaining!! Wish all you BT'ers could be here with me. I am "pretty in Pink" on the reefcam the other day. By the way, on Thurs there was a WHALE ! and a pod of dolphins! Didn't see the whale, don't know what kind it was but did see the dolphins.
Happy New Year From Bonaire!

Sigh. I can just picture Barb. There's a little internet kiosk just to the left of the open air registration desk, behind a rattan couch with tropical print cushions (aarrrrrrrgggghhhhh!!!!) I'm sooooooo jealous!!!! Hope you're having a great time...

Hi Everyone!
Just popping in to wish you all a happy new year!

I'm having a great holiday, so nice not to be at work! Snow here in the UK, but lovely & sunny, went for a walk today across the fields complete with hipflasks with whiskey in to keep us warm... mmmm!

Had to check up on Bonaire to see what's been going on though, as you do!

HAPPY 2002! :)

Ok, Miss Cynde Lee; first you post that very misunderstood street cam picture, then you further add to my PBD misery by reminding me of the great entertainment at the Chibi Chibi! I forget though, where thouse species you mentioned underwater or just the usual suspects in the bar? Is it too early for wogga wogga? ;->.
Your Pal....
Deb.

Yes M'am!!!!! When Mr. Everlast raises an eyebrow to my 3:30 pm glass of cheer, i'll tell him (if he's good), I may make an appearance in a hat and purple thong later. (don't have any purple hats......) That should pique his everlastin' interest! Have a great one...sip, sip...
Deb.

Just wanted to say THANKS to all of you for the wonderful images and commentary about Bonaire. We have decided to return again this year, after a year's hiatus, to enjoy the great diving and wonderful people. I am now counting the days till we get there... again thanks for the New Year's gift.

I'd heard there were some whales hanging around. Patty and Mark Orlovsky's son saw one on Tuesday or Wednesday when he was down by the Salt Pier (I think -- I was on Heineken #3 when he relayed the story). Didn't see any dolphins, though. That would have been awesome.
