T'was the morning of christmas,
and all though the house,
not a creature was stirring,
Except for this mouse!

All snug in their beds,
And visions of Charlotte
Danced in their heads!

Then out on the beach,
there came such a clatter,
I sprang from my bed
to see what was the matter...

And what, to my wondering eyes did appear?
but a free-swimming diver!
He's absent all gear!

Here's to a Happy Christmas to all on Bonaire and BT'ers.

Rudolph the red nosed Seahorse
Had a very shiney nose
Everyone on La Machaca saw him
And even said they saw it glow!!

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas from FL. great posts and songs from Brian, Sue and Deb. Can't wait to see what Rusty adds to the thread.

It's overcast and about 55 here - sure doesn't look like FL.

Happy Holidays from MA! We have a beautiful (chilly) sunny day and are enjoying it from inside. We hung two new suet feeders today and are avidly watching for the woodpeckers and nuthatches to discover them. (A squirrel already came by but failed to get into them!) The three boxers enjoyed trashing all the wrapping paper! We'll worry about the mess tomorrow. LOL

Love the songs - very funny and creative and apropos, Deb and Brian!

Merry Christmas, all!

We just had my brother and his girlfriend over, and I've only just gotten a chance to peak in now! I don't know how the rest of you do it!

My brother (who didn't enjoy diving, even in Bonaire) will be on his way to Iceland tomorrow. Further proof that insanity runs in my family - arrrgh!

Cynde Lee - excellent placement. We have a wireless network set up in our house, so I could have turned on a laptop and peeked in, I suppose. As it was, I inflicted "Miracle on 34th Street" (the old one with a young Natalie Wood, not one of the later ones) on everyone, while watching from the kitchen. The "main" computers are up in the loft (I live in a townhouse) - not easily accessible.

Shows how tired I was last night, spelling "peek", "peak". Sigh.
