2 Goodmorning all,
As the cams are still dark, I found this yesterday evening pic of Venus to light ( just ) a bit.
It's still quite chilly this morning, snow showers still expected. Nevertheless spring is around the corner : buds are bursting. I hope this sudden cold wave won't kill them.
I wish they had fun yesterday at Gibi's.
Time to get ready for work. Here is a nice cafe1.
See you later ( alligator ) :o)

Yes, the beach cams are still on private property. I'm not sure where you could access them, but the street cam is public. Have you ever been to Bonaire, or are you planning on going?

Angela, yes I was in Bonaire in August of 2000. Finally going again this June. Never made it to the cams though. Perhaps next time, we'll take a boat dive to the Reefcam and unfold a sign that reads "I'm not coming home." :-) :-)

Erik, Most dive shops will take you to small wall. You can always ask... Last time Divi was there, Capt. Don does come over once in a while, Photo tours does dive there on request.

Erik- If you do that, make sure your sign is large and you stand close. we brought some laminated signs last year and the glare off the sun and reflection of water ruined any chance of reading them from a distance. The street cam is your best bet and there's no signs on how to get there. If you want to know though and it gets closer, you can ask anyone here. It's fun to go see and there's a log book you can sign. You can access the signatures on the log book here, too! We've gone (as a group) the last two years. This year everyone is going and I'm not (I opted for Cayman Brac in April instead!) so I will be checking in often starting on Saturday!

Rod, as you leave Kralendijk, head towards Sara Largo (you'll see street signs). On that road you will go past the round-a-bout (and a big underwater scene mural) and keep going straight. About a mile to two miles down the road you will see a Y in the road, if you go left at the Y (right BEFORE the Black Durgon- a little resort) the street cam is right on your right. They do have a sign saying that it's the street cam so it shouldn't be too difficult to find. You can also ask someone if you are lost in the general area, as most everyone knows where it's at! Hope this helps!

But be careful, it can get addictive... :-)
