Eileen, my sister has had both hips replaced and said both times the pain right after the surgery was less than the pain before. Good luck to your boss.

to make the short cut for linking new threads together.. go to the little icon next to your name and right click it.. select copy the shortcut.. then go to the place you want to post the link and copy it there.. it is long but it works.. i did it on the other thread

Great pics today, esp the divers (I like the signs they made up).

My supervisor has a lot of support and I (and she) can not wait to be able to run around and work without pain again!
