Hi Eileen, yeah, you cannot imagine how quickly time goes!

Do you have anything planned for New Year's? My sister is coming over for dinner and then we are just going to get together with the neighbours. Gone are the days where we go out for the night! LOL!

Hated missing the BT get together Tuesday evening. --our daugher Coral's dream dos not include tropical getaways yet only basketball and she was missing her team's practices.
Came back yesterday-DCA was every nice -no frills airline these days-during our trip we changed all our tickets twice-- after ticketing-- and no penalty fees -many charge $100 a time- which I was gratful for and muy surprised.
Since all the cars on the island were rented we had a walking vacation which was great-fortunately our place is very convient.

We are expecting snow and we'll probably have a white 1st of january. Still 8 hours left and it will be New year here :o)
We are commemorating just Jean Paul and I with Foie Gras, smoked salmon, oysters, tropical fruits sherbet and .... CHAMPAGNE !

The beach cam caught some great wave action this morning. Lately the beach has had more action then the reef cam!!!LOL!! Scrolled through the archives to find these!!!

Eileen - great shots of the sunset yesterday!!! It looked like it was catching the water on fire as it was setting!!!

Well, it's getting better. I sure wish there was a video feed of Jake trying to put the camera back in place. For some odd reason, I think that would be very funny.

Martine - hi!!! Good capture of the crash - I was too busy looking at the archives - when I went back the screen was blue!!!!
Here is a sailboat on the southbeach cam!!! At least that still has a picture!!!LOL!!

We are staying home tonight - my brother and 3 of his 6 kids are coming to see us - plus my neighbor - who always spends News Years eve with us. I would rather stay at home than go out on News Years eve - much safer that way!!!
