Finally the time is approaching for my wife and I to return to Bonaire. We made our first trip earlier this year and in one month we will be back . We will be renting a truck with Telerin, and from what I see on here Poppy will treat us right. We booked through a travel agent, so my question is, do I need to contact her or will she be waiting for us at the airport? We are scheduled to arrive at 10:17 pm, will she still be there?

I booked directly through Poppy, a few months in advance. Then a few days before our arrival, I confirmed that everything was still good. Poppy gave me direction as to where to meet her and what would take place. And she was exactly where she said she'd be, standing in the airport as soon as you leave the baggage area with a sign having my name on it. Same thing upon return. Very easy since all transactions done right there.

I rented from Telerin and am so happy. I booked through Continental Dive Vacations so I didn't even know how lucky I was. Our flight got in at 5:15 Sat morning and they were there with a board and our name on it. I had no idea they would be doing that. She had me fill out some things, treated me like a friend borrowing the car and let me know how to get to the resort.

The truck was in awesome condition. It was quite new and was all set up for diving. I was totally happy and it was much nicer than many I saw. Also, it didn't have a rental tag on it so I didn't look as touristy (to me anyways lol).

Taking the truck back, I was completely idiotic and went to the wrong place. She came and rescued us, I went around again and messed up yet another time. The airport guy knew where we were going since she had already told him I needed guidance so he reassuringly touched me, said it was ok and told me to try the next one. I got through on the 3rd try (just listen, she tells you where to go so just trust her) and said I was sorry for the dirt in the truck and she smiled and said that was fine. She had me fill out the forms and said she would get my tickets. I was clueless so we went to the horrible boarding line and here she comes...with our boarding tickets for us. we just had to check bags.
