For my study, I'm staying at Curacao for three months. This is the first time here, but I like Bonaire much more. So I'm planning to visit Bonaire the weekend of 30 of june.
I'm looking for a cheap appartment for 2 persons; but the most important thing; a car / pickup!
When I was surfing the web looking for a car to rent on Bonaire, the only compagnies I found have got an age limit of 23.. The weekend I'll visit Bonaire, I'll turn 22. So I'm still 21, but not that irresponsible that I'm not able to drive a car!
I hope that I can make a trip to Washington Slagbaai and other parts of Bonaire (dirt road!), so I need a pickup..
Is there someone who knows where I can rent a car?

You should call the companies directly and speak with them about allowing an "underage" driver. There may also be an additional fee for that.

I had to do that in college when going across the country on job interviews. I finally found one that would rent to me, and the underage driver fee was equal to the rental - but hey, they let me rent a car from them which was more than any other company would do!
