Hi, We are coming to Bonaire in May. Is it legal to travel in a car in Bonaire without a car seat for a 2-year-old?

I heard that some of the places have them to rent, but the place we are using does not have them for rent.

I do not want to lug our huge and expensive car seat to Bonaire.

Any thoughts?

Kristen, Don;t know if you have travelled yet but no laws as in many countries about car seats. We did bring our sit and stroll but our vehicle had no working seat belts to strap it to. We asked for another car but none had seat belts that worked, they were rusted or broken.

AB, total, and Budget have car seats. I am sure the others do as well
