During the past 2 weeks we had an opportunity to again test the restaurants on the Island. I will only comment on those we liked or had a unique experience.

Wils Tropical Grill - Perhaps our favorite this visit. There were 8 of us and we had 5 different meals and all were perfect. The daily specials were especially great.

Patagonia - The 4 of us had a wonderful meal at this restaurant. The portions are large enough to share. The sirloin steak was large and cooked to perfection. The paella was one of the best I have ever had.

Unbelieveable - The name says it all. Good food and great service make for a perfect evening. The escargot appetizer was very nice and the dorado was cooked perfectly. Be sure sit on the roof of the lower level for a good view.

Chibi-Chibi - The main restaurant of Divi has 2 good choices for lunch, the fish sandwich and the burger is the best on the Island. One evening they had lamb chops and they were wonderful. Of course, the view on the water is great.

Richards - Always one of our favorites and we were not disappointed this year. I would recommend the surf and turf or the baked fish.

Cactus Blue - In the past we have always had fish but this year we tried their pizza. The pizza was as good as Pasa Bon Pizza if not better. Further, they are 2 for 1 on Fridays during happy hour. A medium pizza will feed 2 hungry people. Don't forget the key lime pie, the best outside of Key West.

City Cafe - If you want a good lunch try City Cafe. They have good burgers and large salads.

Kon Tiki - By far the best fish sandwich I have ever had on Bonaire. You must try it if you like fish. Also, I had the pumpkin soup and it was creamy and rich.
