We will be arriving on Bonaire this friday and want to eat again at Gibi's Tuesday night. Is Gibi up and cooking yet or does he have anyone doing Tuesday nights for him? Thanks for any input.

His brother cooked last Tuesday and presumably will continue until Gibi can do it. His brother is an excellent cook, same recipes, everything same as usual. I expect Tuesday BT nights will continue same as before. I will let you know if I hear of any change.

Can you tell us a bit more about Gibi's? we see it mentioned often in the chat rooms. we'll be there April 8-16
