I believe that the director of the shelter's name is Marli( or Marlis)
I donate every year to the nice lady that comes to Buddy Dive on Fridays. This year I asked if she worked with Marli she said that she does not and does independant fundraising. Can someone clarify ?
Just want to be certain that I am donating to the Shelter. Perhaps I misunderstood.

Hi Anthony. The shelter manager's name is Marlis (pronounced Mar-lease). I am checking with her regarding your question and will post back as soon as I speak with her.

Got an e-mail back from Marlis, she says:

"The lady at Buddy Dive is Barbara and she donates all the money that she earns with the selling of the t-shirts to the shelter.
Barbara was once (before Jurry) the manager of the shelter."

Barbara was a manager at the shelter more than 10 years ago but still helps us. Hope that answers your question.
