Rainy here today - very very soft light, gentle sprinkles. Nice slow drizzle is good for the plants and water table - soaks in instead of running off and winding up in the Connecticut River to Boston (yuk) Harbor.

Can you take them in the morning when you put in your contacts or do they have to be taken a bedtime? Or do you take them twice a day? I leave my morning pills right here by the keyboard. I'll NEVER forget to take that one! LOL

rusty, i don't know. they are timed release. i am going to call the doc office when i get to work and ask if i can take one now, and then 1 tonight, and 2 tomorrow night...don't know. i'm mad at myself cause i haven't felt this good in YEARS...and just don't want to think of feeling like i used to...waaaa!!!!

I have a real alergy problem in the spring with the blooming of the pine and cedar trees.
