Just on for a little while this morning and then I'm out for a bit, going to the gym and groceries. Weather is supposed to be warm here in Ontario this weekend!

Morning, Eileen. Yep, it's off to Loewe's for an early morning stockup on things to keep me busy this weekend.

Are you sure that's a night diver? Looks more like and an Ocyropsis crystalina to me.

The mice may not be stirring on Bonaire, but everything else is.

I'm getting some small things done before I go out (computer nearby of course ;)). There were some lights on the beach (people walking probably) and it matched up with that pic. You never know, aliens visiting !

Ides of March Day

Are the Ides of March unlucky? Well, they were for Julius Ceasar when he got to the steps of the Senate. But... that's Shakespeare. The word "ides" simply means middle, so we can have the Ides of May, the Ides of July, or even the Ides of Chocolate Pudding. There's nothing unlucky about it - unless you're Ceasar. In that case, watch your back.

This seems like a good time to re-live the drama and the excitement of Fabio being nailed in the nose by a goose while riding a roller coaster at Busch Gardens.

mornin' gang...just getting moving! woke up and it's raining outside...i'm actually glad! they predicted rain today, then sun tomorrow and monday. usually they are a day early with their forecast, and tomorrow i want to hit the exhibits of the whale festival after i get done with my volutneering (sp, too lazy to look it up) tomorrow morning at the institute (ocean, not funny one)

went to one of our doc's annual st. patty's day party last night...he always knows how to throw a good one! talked to michael last night, and they have a few hours of "liberty" today and he said he and a buddy were going to go get a nice big juicy steak and a beer! guess boot camp food ain't what he's used to!

What a gorgeous sunset last night! I thank you all for sharing it with me. We made tacos and watched a couple weird movies, Eye of the Beholder and Arlington Road. I think that Rod Serling must have secretly produced them both.

Thanks for all the help with the Irish flasher everybody. It's a shame when a site goes down and the content is lost forever.
