Yes, we are deleting messages concerning this website as I have also edited your message above.

The reason: STOLEN copy and text from several websites. The owner of the website has been advised that he must remove all materials he has used without permission which includes stealing all the epostcard images from InfoBonaire, and several pages of text and pictures from Interknowledge, and framing BonaireWebCams without permission or the appropriate copyright notices, and framing BOnaire Marine Park site, and stealing 360 views plus framing a site from Bonaire Travel Guide, and more. He has NOT done so. Instead he has attempted to block us from viewing his website so we cannot see his crimes. And he has repeatedly posted messages here on BonaireTalk under false email addresses promoting his website.

Please note as I'm sure you are aware that even the web address you provided was an alias to the actual website address since we have blocked it on BonaireTalk. The web address you posted in your message has never been posted in BonaireTalk.

So if you like that website so much, I suggest you tell them to clean up their act and create their own content rather than steal it from other people. With the proper permissions, copyright statements, and some original content, we will be happy to unblock the website address from appearing on BonaireTalk provided it follows the same usage rules that all users must adhere to.

And, let me add to that, "Mike", that several of the stolen images are ones I took personally. And instead of asking permission to use them (which I would have denied for the purpose you are using them for), you took them yourself, removing my copyright notice at the same time.

Also, please be advised that we do have a policy here on BonaireTalk that people should not use fake accounts and aliases (or real ones for that matter) to self-promote.

You'd be better off spending your energy at creating original content for your site than trying to protect your theft of copyrighted materials. Your Web hosting company has already indicated to us that they will remove all offending pages if you don't do so yourself by the end of the week, and that would leave your site pretty bare, so get to work, honestly.

Jake
