Wonder if it's the lens or the water that's murky today? Could it be the storm stirring things up?

For a moment there I thought it was rattlesnake, Bas. Wherever do you find these recipes? I know Betty Crocker never cooked anything like that!

most of them I just come up with.. by coincedence.. by trying something out.
One day I had this Barracuda.. just for the fun of it I tried to filet the fish in one piece. That worked... got a huge big filet but what to do with it??? Cant put it on the BBQ as it would fall apart. Just looked at it for a while... Figured I could put down spices, veggies on top and roll it from the tail up and tie the whole thing up. Bake it in the oven under alu foil. So that worked :-) This is the 5th I made this way. 2nd with head still on... just a lil extra 'touch' for the eye. Basically it's the whole fish only missing its scales, tail and bones. Also presents real nice with a colorful spiral of veggies in the white meat in each slice.
Cheers :-)

I've been catching up on threads and posts I missed while working and having dinner out. Pot luck at Michael's? And Bas is cooking? I WANT TO BE THERE. Is that clear? I think I am jealous. LOL And Meryl may have been there in time for the fun too.

Jenni - soup for lunch again, but just cut a small steak into tiny pieces and did the same with salad and ate slowly. Had to keep remembering to chew gently! LOL I think I'll be back to ?normal in a day or two! I'm very pleased. No pain at all!!

I needed a nice sunset after working on site plans and landscape drawings all day. I won't be around tomorrow. We're heading to the wholesale gem & lapidary show in Orlando, then meeting Travis & Tracy for lunch (it's their 1st anniversary).

Fading out now, I guess! Me, too. Thanks for the company and sunsets during my dinner, Jen!

Hi Guys,
I paid for our flights to Bonaire today. Do you think this means I can start a countdown to Bonaire or is it too early for August 17th?
Discovered that the flight back to the UK is scheduled to take an hour longer than predicted! No reason given! Any ideas?

Go to this site and download a program that will count down in seconds (probably not nessary BUT if you want to know the exact time. I use it for all sorts of things. It's free.
