I just thought I would send out some well wishes and bright white healing light to Barry Baker (Aquaman & Bubbles/Sherry) as Barry will be having some back surgery performed on October 27, 2006.

Let's all wish him well and support for a complete and swift recovery.

We can give Sherry a great bit hug, too, for being there for Barry and for just being....well, for just being Sweet Sherry!

Thanks for all the well wishes. I am having the lower 2 vertabrae fused this time. I have had 4 previous back sureries to repair the lower 2 discs but always new I would one day have to have this done. Hopefully I will back in shape to make it to Bonaire next summer and to continue to teach scuba also.

thanks everyone. We are praying this surgery will be the help Barry needs to be heathy and out of pain.

He is being a good trooper though - complains very little, even in the sharp and steady pain he has had the past couple of months.

Barry, so sorry to hear about this, buddy... but you'll be back on your feet and in the water in no time ! I promise !

Barry is now off work.. getting all lined up for the surgery... which will be Oct 27th.

he has doc appointments , blood work and such being done each day.

Just spoke to Sherry, and she asked me to post an update on Barry. Although it was a long tough successful surgery, he has come through it well. He will be in ICU for another day and will have a long road of recovery ahead.
