In a few minutes, I'm getting in the truck and starting my journey northward. Any BTer who'd like some time off is welcome to come and feed me loobster, bear, or beaver in exchange for a place to stay. Oh yeah--I eat the four-legged beaver, not that other one.

I've got you all beat on the hill billy thing here in the Ozarks. They've been know to eat possum around home!!! Oh, yuck. You can have the racoon too. Nasty. The French people who settled my home town area would have a "bullione" (Sp?) pronounced "boo-yahn". They'd boil the dern thing while they played pitch and drank beer. The smell was awful...because of the cooking racoon, of course. Shirts were optional for both sexes. Fathers would train there young boys to retrieve beer from the fridge, hand it over, and then hold out thier t-shirt so thier dad's could use it to twist the cap off. I kid you not! Oh, the stories I could tell. BTW I grew up eating wild game so I'm not real squeamish about it.
