Does anyone have any experience/knowledge of shore diving in Aruba? We're popping over to Aruba for a week during our Bonaire stay. Are there rules of thumb like here: Leave windows down & car unlocked...

Any help would be appriciated.

Or is there a great board like this for Aruba?

When we got certified in Aruba we did our checkout dives from shore. There aren't many sites for shore diving and the reef is a bit of a swim. The two sites we were at were Mangel Halto and Puerto Chiquito.

Check out http://www.shorediving.com/Earth/ABC/Aruba/index.htm for more info. The photos are old but will give you an idea.
