Heather made me an angel food cake that she wrote Happy B'day Mom on (good for the diet), and I've washed the gray out of my hair (hehe) and painted my nails so I'd feel "purty", because I've looked terrible through this sinus/allergy thing!

The majority of my family have called, and immediately ask what's wrong because I'm still so froggy.

Cyn the Jan trip is always our present to each other, just I didn't have enough leave to take a real long one this year - and we bought stuff there for each other. We have a $60 gift card to Red Lobster that maybe we'll use this weekend, to celebrate both birthdays.

Cyn, we've done that since....oh, 97 or so, take a January dive trip to escape the winter blues for our birthdays, which fall in the same week (his the 20th, mine the 26th). We've got all the stuff we need, had to give most of it away to move here, lol, and I sure don't need any more diamonds or any of that stuff. All we want is dive trips. And soaking up the sun. Well, that and to win the lottery. lol
