Okay, I'm taking a chance here...Our weather tends to go from the 40's to the 90's with no nice spring 70's in the middle sooooooo in sending you all more warm wishes I'm hoping the heat abates for a few weeks longer!

Freddie,
Roger Waters is an incredible bassist. My favorite "Pink" member is/was David Gilmour. Did you ever see "Live at Pompeii"?

I am 'tickled pink'! Bob and I were lucky enough to get offered some cheap tickets to Bonaire for 22nd March. Bob got the time off work but we had a real problem getting accomodation. I won't go into details but Liz has come up with a solution and we are on our way. She is awesome! She sorted all this out over a weekend when she was at a dive convention in Boston. When I expressed my amazed thanks her reply was 'Why would you be surprised??? BT'ers are a family.' Thanks Liz:-)
On another note, it is Mother's Day in the UK so hugs and blessings to all BT mums.

Awesome photos Cecil. But then again, we come to expect such from you:-{)}

Because Barbara started these "color" threads, I have finally pulled out the boxes of old photos and have started scanning them. When we get to "brown" I have a bunch taken on the O.J. Walker, nothing to do with Bonaire, but I believe you (Cecil) will enjoy them.

Sometime in August, we need to get together and play in muddy Lake Champlain again buddy. Maybe we can get a few other BTers to join us.

Babs I met Roger about 20 years ago at a neighbors house, and then ran int him again at a house that I was cooking at over the summer.. So I actually cooked for the man..but we did have dinner last year at our neighbors house with him and George took him fishing once or twice as well.

PS Tom how about this for a coincidence it is David Gilmores birthday today..

Tom, Dylon has become a pink floyd fan...we told him about "the wall" and we rented the dvd...and he loves it....it's weird, but good...

Cynde, Good to hear about Dylon. The young clerk (about 18 years old) who sold the DVD to me could not believe, as he said "A guy your age." would like Live at Pompeii. Thanked him, then enjoyed telling him that when I first enjoyed it, quadraphonic sound systems were rather new and that he wasn't even a gleam in his Daddy's eyes.

Guess I was insulted:-{(} Oh well, think I will try to dye the white out of my hair today;-{)} LMAO!!

Cecil ~ As usual, your photos are outstanding!

Fredster ~ Aren't you a hottie! Having dinner with Roger, not once but twice, and even cooking for him! Way to go! Now, just get him to Bonaire when we're all there so we can meet him too! Pink Floyd Rocks!

Tom ~ These youngsters today don't have many choices for really good music, now do they? What a pity! Lucky for them, music from our time is still around and still rockin' strong!

Hmmmm, let me see if I can find some pink pics.
