Am I the only one wondering where The Cheesinator has been??

Nude Man Covered in Cheese Gets Probation

MARYVILLE, Tenn. - A man caught by police last summer on his 23rd birthday running naked and covered in nacho cheese pleaded guilty Monday to burglary and four other charges.

Michael David Monn of Maryville appeared before Blount County Circuit Court Judge D. Kelly Thomas and pleaded guilty to burglary, theft, vandalism, indecent exposure and public intoxication. In a plea bargain with prosecutors, Monn was sentenced to three years in prison but was given supervised probation.

He also was given a judicial deferral, which means if he stays out of trouble for the next three years the charges will be expunged from his record. Thomas warned Monn that if he violates the sentencing requirements, he must serve the sentence in a state penitentiary.

Early on the morning of July 18, 2004, Monn "was highly intoxicated, broke into the John Sevier Pool snack bar area, stole some snacks and did some damage and was caught naked with some stolen snacks," Blount County District Attorney General Mike Gallegos told the courtroom.

A police officer found Monn that morning in the parking lot of the pool facility after Monn had apparently scaled an 8-foot-tall fence and was seen running toward a Jeep with a box of stolen snacks and a container of nacho cheese.

In addition to being naked, Monn had nacho cheese in his hair, on his face and on his shoulders, police said. He also had a strong odor of alcohol and was semi-incoherent.

In his Jeep, Maryville officers found clothing and an open bottle of vodka.

HOLY CHEESES BATMAN

Poseurs.....a dime a dozen, but the fact that he was caught should indicate to one and all that he has a very low "cheese Q" Unknown to many and silent to all, a highly trained and cheesily motivated cadre of "velveetrangers" has traveled the country (and internationally as well)for years ensuring the quality and quantity of "imitation cheese food" for the masses and never a peep in the media. One drunken derelect (NOT ME MOM...I SWEAR) touches some cheese and we're in the news......just WRONG

Babs, I cried when I saw the speedo pic. I bought that speedo years ago and it has long been lost below my substantial "cheese warehouse"......I thought I'd never see it again, thank you thank you thank you. (check out the pecs, though....what a man!!!)

Cheese lives....

Joe

ps....we're on for Flower Gardens trip the end of July if anybody wants to go.

That don't look very "warm"...or was it "warn" to me. Cheryl we're going with Scubaland (dive shop in Austin)....www.scubaland.com....on the 28th and 29th of July. Doing a weekday trip where folks can get back to Arizona with suitable surface time to fly before Monday. You'd be welcome to join. BTW your photos are grand....even though I'll age myself when I remember Eric Johnson playing with Saint Elmo's Fire in Austin in the 70s

cheeseit

Joe, the amazing thing is how little EJ seems to have aged over the years! Must be that veggie diet. My hubby introduced me to his music with the Electromagnets. Hmmm.. seems I'm dating myself too!

We will probably look for a weekend trip to the FG - I've just started a new job recently, so have darn little vacation time. :-(
