Hey you people, Here I am on Bonaire just drying out for a little while and I have to start a days thread???? What is going on here.. I didn't look at the cruise pictures Cecil but I am sure they are terrific..
Well up til now we have seen two seahorses, a frog fish, baracuda, scorpion fish, the horrible underwater "ART" we visited the cams on Sunday.Boy is that a joke!!!! Poor willie!!! I also found out where all the fish are hiding on Willie!!! They are there and I said Hello to Sarge and the rest of his friends, They are all fine!! I cleaned the cam off too so if you saw some fingers tht was me..
back tracking a bit!!! I met Delno Tromp at the airport and gave him the Lance Armstong bands that I brought down for him .. Girls!!! He IS A LOOKER!!!!! WOWWIE....
Also When I got to Capt Dons. I receive a phone call and it's Jake with a surprise for us!! What a guy a six pack of Brights!! Naanaa na na naaaa!!! Oh sorry!!! got carried away..
Tonight is Gibi's and we expect to see Meryl and Steve there{ We met on the plane but I promised not to take drooling photo} She gave me a surprise and I let her have one of the flamingo hats to where and then pass along to another BTer..
At any rate we will be going to gibis tonight and Jake and hopefully Linda and the kids will be there Steve and Meryl too....
Ok since I was just checking in I will get going now again I hear the water calling!! Love ya all,
Fredster

Hi Freddie!
You lucky gal! First: you're in Bonaire; second: you get to eat at Gibi's.
WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.
Okay, I'll stop whining.
MMMMmmmm, I can imagine that I'm with you....
Hope you are having a blast.
Temperatures have finally gotten past 15 degrees Fahrenheit. Wooohooo. That's negative nine degrees celsius.
Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
It's time for me to brave the cold and shop for a space heater for our guest room so my succulents don't freeze in there....
Freddie, please fill up your pockets with sunshine to bring back home!
thanks,
Mare

What's the horrible underwater "art" -- I've missed a lot of recent BT.

Back now from England. My dad died on January 7, after a very difficult year, but now he's at peace, and I'm back in VERY snowy Rochester.

SO GLAD to be home --this trip to England was for five weeks (I've spent a total of nearly four months there in the last year --- way too much!!) Not that I have anything against England, but Rochester is home now, so I've been very unsettled.

It will be a joy to leave for Bonaire four weeks from today. Just enough time to enjoy/get sick of real winter here!!

Freddie, I hate you. Have a circus.

Josie, nice to hear from you. Sorry about your dad. You need a trip somewhere warm, Bonaire will do nicely.

Josie, I am so sorry about your dad passing away. I know you had told us about him being sick. My thoughts go out to you and your family. Bonaire will surely do some good to you. Sending you hugs.

Hi Cecil & Mare!!!

Hi Josie...stay warm and start packing your dive gear...as soon as you unpack...pretty confusing huh ? the art is what you are seeing on the underwater cam and on the beach cam...someone is having a art show above and below the water.....the critics are sounding like it is " a wash " too bad..art is in the eye of the beholder..or the eye of the parrot fish in this case...3 degrees below and the sun is out..gonna be brutal tonight...glad I don't work outdoors...I will be working on a painting in the apartment while visiting...but not waterproof !

Josie, Welcome home! I am glad to see you made it home. Hope you put your feet up, cover up with a nice quilt and relax, take your time packing for Bonaire.

Fredster, I have both the fish photo and a couple of captures of you and Meryl saved at work. I wondered when I saw that fish if it was you. Wish you would have gotten closer to the cam. Can't make out your smiling face:-{(}

Babs,

Glad you like the way "Beau" looks since he lost his tooth. I will pass it on;-{)}

Oops!
Tom, I re-read that --
You will pass Beau's tooth on?
To whom?
Who would want Beau's tooth?
I'm so confused...
Babs, help me out here, please! What do you know about Beau's tooth?
Mare

Babs, I hope you understood that what I meant was that I would inform Beau of your appreciation of his new look. Not that I was going to pass his tooth on to him.

Oh, thanks Tom.
That sure does clarify things.
For a moment or two I felt just like the late Gilda Radner's Roseanne Rosannadanna.
Never mind.
Good night to you and Beau's tooth,
Mare

Gee, Tom there is such a strong resemblence there...near forgot about your cousin Beau...he looks sooooo different without the hat and shotgun! Looks to me like he may have lost a lot more than one tooth, perhaps we need a plant thread to gather donations for a set of dentures??? :-)

Mare, Read on the other thread, that you are now getting snow. I hope you, Seb and Spooky can remain inside and be safe and warm.

Babs, Thanks for the e-card. It is cold here -2(f)but we have yet to see any new snow.
