It’s great to once again have access to the Salt Pier.

Although Hurricane Omar gave the Salt Pier quite a drubbing, the pilings have been re-colonized and they look impressive.

Thanks so much. I am so glad it's back. I always had fun there, especially with Bas Noij. But I have fun with him no matter what we do.

Hi Scott,

To post a video, begin with the HTML:

\ movie{}

Remove the space before the letter "m".

If you wish to post a YouTube video, begin with the URL and copy all symbol past the =. For example, with the URL

http: //www.youtube.com/watch?v=vOYP9xeyIaY copy vOYP9xeyIaY

Insert/paste the modified URL inside the brackets \ movie{ } and presto your video is posted.

Regarding depth of the Salt Pier, most of the pilings are in proximity to the crest of the reef, so the average depth may fall somewhere between 25-35 feet. It’s a relatively shallow dive.

Now let’s see your video!
