I look at the images on www.breathebonaire.com -is it just my imagination OR has it not been very SUNNY lately? Today, Jan 13, there appears to be a real deluge. Any responses from recent visitors?

Patricia..Don't worry about the weather..We just had guests who left after 2 weeks and indicated they had (they thought) all of 7 seconds of rain during their entire stay.

Freddie, that's just wrong. I so want to dive and see beautiful Bonaire again. But you must be a mightily blessed woman to be able to feel cold down there. :-)

Bill, you are right. With that weather I'm in heaven in shorts and a T...heater?? I do have to tell you that by the end of the week I do get cold on dives in my skin, 3mm, and dry suit hood...I'm not kidding. But it helps keep me cool...I still run the AC at night though:-)

84 and sunny right now. Could be a good sunset. Won't know because I will be under water. Like 7 seconds of rain but you are getting wet anyway...

a few years ago, some friends stayed at our place over thankgiving. i kept checking the webcams and weather.com since it was their first visit and i wanted them to enjoy it. to me it looked like they got poured on every day. when they got back i asked about the trip and they said they loved every minute of it...they said there was one day when they had a lot of wind and rain and dive boats didn't go out but other than that the weather was great. so i don't worry too much about what i see on the cams...it'll blow over.

I just go home (to Connecticut) from Bonaire on Saturday Jan 16. Spent a week there and the weather was great. It was cloudy off and on this past Wednesday and rained a few times but I was told that it was a welcome rain as it has been especially dry the past few months.
