===The DDOH and myself have enjoyed our first week in Bonaire. Today we took some time out from diving to view the recently rennovated
Bellafonti delux seaside villa as recently shown on lifestyles of the rich and famous. We just knew this would be the perfect vacation retreat house for bill and chip so we cancelled their penthouse reservations and booked this for them. What really sold us was the extra large outdoor cooking and sleeping accommodations as demonstrated by the DDOH. Hope you two come to love this special place as much as we did finding it for you. Yo, I will be right behind all the crew and getting wet is diving, ah, just to clarify that one a bit! LOL! Said the same thing to my PT guy last week as I told him I was gonna to get wet soon, so we had to get the knee good and strong! The look I got was priceless. Of course, he got a chuckle at what "getting wet" meant.

Freddie, the pics are beautiful. Even the Lionfish, too bad they are in the wrong place at the wrong time......

we went ot "It Rains Fishes" tonight.. OMG what a meal!! Outstanding if I do say so myself.. the service was excellent and the food devine..

for starters George ordered Yesterday's soup
a creamed broccoli and ham combination, very smooth with a hint of bitter greens

I started with the Japanese salad a delightful blend of sesame and wasbi sauce over raw tuna and greens topped of with a half of a avocado sliced. It was served in an edible shell.. very nice..
For dinner we both ordered the Fish special that was Wahoo over mixed veggies with a honey mustard sauce compliment.. the fish was cooked to almost perfection {we like it on the rare side} the HM sauce was smooth and creamy. The veggies were done to perfection, a little crunchy

For dessert we shared the special of the day a carrot cake with vanilla ice cream.. {I am sure that costco has the same carrot cake but I am also sure the ice cream was Lover's and we all know that is the best } the price included 2 Pinot Grigios and one Corona beer and came to $90.US plus tip
All in All a very nice dinner date and guess what .....

Yes, It Rains Fishes is quite good! Had our Anniversary Dinner there in November and it was awesome.

Met bill , chip ,cynde and steve at the airport.. I heard the ground rumble as we all came together but I later found out it was just KLM coming in for a landing,
Unfortunately KLM didn't have Bill's luggage either..
