golly I never thought all this would be here so soon.. We had a blast!!!!! I want to run away with Tom.. Debbie and Greg are the sweetest people on earth, Vince surprised us all by joining us and Sue, he and I had some laughs at lunch.. I finally got to meet Mare and hug her tight and of course to get a BIG bear hug from Seb.. We meet Capt. Don and Janet and oh my Janet is a strong, brave woman... she has to be to handle that wonderful Capt. Don.. Thank you again Janet for lending Don to us for a short time today.. I do believe EVERYONE had a great time..I for one can't wait to see SOME of the photos.. Mare I don't think that one is FF..LOLOLOL Ok until tomorrow.. Thank you all that joined us and a special thanks to my "driver" thanks Judy, next time we will do it without the GPS>> Calculating New Route!!!!!! OH dear did we do some extra milage or what??? good night all.. thanks for the great day..

Sue, Great Pics! It was a wonderful day yesterday meeting everyone face to face. We had a great time talking and we all know how BT'rs can talk up a storm, don't we? Lots of hugs, smiles all around. Cap't Don was just the Best! It was also so nice meeting his lady, Janet too. What a wonderful person, really enjoyed talking with both of them! Oh, and can Cap't Don give SUPER hugs too, he had Judy and I in one together, very special moment as were lots yesterday. Freddie got her "hat" and Cap't Don surprised Seb and I with Cap't Don hats that he signed for us too! Life doesn't get any better than that!

Again, I can't say how good it was to meet everyone and hope we can do this again next year!

A fine time was had by all! On a sidenote, I was REALLY impressed with Wyland's work. I saw a magnificent double underwater portrait which would just look great in our place on Bonaire. The 5k price though was a bit steep. But his work sure was magnificent!

John and Sue, we were there on Saturday afternoon and Sunday until about 2:30, when the lights went out. I thought it was a very good show. We are setting our sights on some new places, possibly the Pacific. We also had beers with Larry and Serge at the Outback on Saturday night. It was a fun time.

I am crushed Jim..... you didn't want to meet up with us??

Dang it Jim, I am sad I missed seeing you folks.

I enjoyed the time spent with the BTers I did meet. Have a pic or two I hope to share with you tonight.

Earlier I forgot to thank Freddie and Cynde for the ego boost

I had fun watching Freddie and Judy as they arrived at the show. I was standing by the Reefnet booth watching (laying in wait) for the ladies to appear. Freddie and I were talking on the phone as they entered the show's main hall and she was trying to pin point where I was When we were about 50'apart she said "You must be behind me." at that moment we made eye contact and I said "No girl, I am not behind you."

Tara, just so you know, the good Captain ...... well, this might say it best:



It was nice to meet up with, Sue, Debbie (so quiet, so reserved) Glen, Gregg, Judy, Vince and of course, Freddie, Mare and Seb. I look forward to seeing more BTers at B.T.S. 2009. One thing though, next year I hope to book a room at the Embassy Suites instead of the Red Roof Inn & Truck Stop.

Hey Tom: That is one great picture of Capt Don! I believe that's when I asked him "why are YOU smiling"?

Freddie, we were at Tim's graduation in VA on Friday and drove up Friday night. We didn't know if we were going to go to BTS on Saturday. We got up, called the Hampton Inn and left around noon. We got over to the expo at around 2:00 PM. I always enjoy the show. If I would have known all you fine people were going, I certainly would have met up with you. Next year, let's coordinate.
