Has anyone ever done this? Daughter and I are experienced riders and thought we might take this excursion. Thanks.

Hi Deborah & Welcome back to BT :-)

My step-daughter rode 2 years ago and very much enjoyed it. My husband & I usually ride too but it was a 4 hour ride and nothing shorter. Marion, who owns the riding academy, is wonderful and has good horses who are well taken care of.
Just make sure you wear a hat, lots of sunscreen and bring water (although I believe they provide water). The swim at Lac Bay was the highlight of the ride - so you do get to cool down & cool the horses down as well.

here's a pic at LacBay

Marion's web-site is

When are you going to Bonaire?

Have a Great Trip and enjoy the riding and all that Bonaire has to offer :-)
