Just a quick note, sandollar has farmed out its wireless to Chat and Browse. It could be this building, "d", but it is much slower than last year, "a and F". And it is $5 a day when it was free last year. Five a day is fine but i liked doing my Reef fish counts each night. It is too frustrating now. Sometimes the page and connection die, come back. It is a minor thing but forewarned is better.

It was not free last year..we were installing it and did not charge during that time! As for reception, did you tell us you were having a problem? Many times it is just a question of moving to a different side of the apartment. We are having an issue as to where the antennas are located since the common grounds do not belong to the property owners and we had to put the antennas on the building instead of on the property proper. 90% of the condos get excellent reception and we have no complaints. Be happy to give you your $ back. Just pass by..

That's what I call customer service! Just one of the reasons we appreciate you so much, Michael:-)

I am at Den Laman and have to sit in the stairwell or outside 80 percent of the time to get reception. I did go to your location and they told me to bring my computer over there. I'm paying for it in my room so I don't have to go there. I guess spotty service is better than none.

Bingo. I am at D18 and the kitchen cuts in and out, strength 2mbps. Took laptop out to outside patio bar, the only other 3 prong power and it went to 54mbps which is better than home. great to learn on my last day.
