Nice pictures... I love your turtle and the barjack with the octopus! Would love to have experienced the baitball/tarpon snorkel - that must have been incredible!

Thanks for the pics. It's good you saw the octopus out during the day. I love the little dice too. The tarpons and the bait fish are interesting!

Angela, I do not dive. I was snorkeling. The Tarpon were at Lac Cai, The slender filefish was at Kline on the drift snorkel with Woodwind, the two turtles were at Andrea, the single turtle was either Andrea or the drift at Kline, the Queen was at Kline, the octopus was in front of Dive Inn,Rockbeauty was aat Andrea, and the baby trunk was at a site near the airport that Renee brought me to

Ah ha - I see you found that madness under the foot of the Salt Pier - we counted 6 snook, 22 tarpon, 3 barracuda, and countless snappers hanging in that "wicked cool" bait ball in less than 10 feet of water - not to mention the pelicans that kept dropping in like sacks of flour right next to us! Or were you at the pier? - maybe it was another spot, but the pier bait was really amazing this time...

Great pictures, Darlene. Two turtles in one shot, how cool is that.

Fantastic turtle pic Darlene! You can see the carapace up so nice and close and great color. You keep getting better every year!

I'm still reeling from the size of the turtles swimming right next to me on the Big Island a couple of months ago! The size of a man's torso I'd say!
