We arrived on Sept 30 at 5:30am on Continental from Houston. Flight was only about 2/3 full so had room to spread out. We got our truck from ABCarrental and we stayed with Golden Reef Inn, met Liz and Ed, really liked them. Went to the Wine and Cheese party for the launch of the 2007 Bonaire Calender on Sat night. Meet Jake and Linda, John and Sue (T-shirt divers), got my calender. Sunday went to Eden Beach to the webcams, there are two pictures of us on the reef cam between 11:40 and 11:50am. Tues we went to Chat and Browse and met Michael and gave him his coffee, great guy, also went to Gibi's for dinner and meet several people, can't remember all the names except Margarite who we spent time discussing diving and photography, she is a great lady. Wed Dave developed an ear infection and that ended our diving so we just enjoyed the island and the people and relaxed. Left this morning at 5:15am Bonaire time and arrived in Houston at 11:15am, plane again only about 2/3 full. Will post some pictures as soon as we get them edited.

Forgot to say that Jake and Linda and their kids were at Gibi's and just how great the food was. We both had Goat Stoba (stew). Gibi and his wife are really great hosts. Andy

Here I am eating a bowl of Cheerios and you have to go and mention Goat Stew. Of course now my Cheerios taste like cardboard and all I can think of is Gibi's wonderful food. Thanks !!!

Glad you had a good trip and way to turn the negative into a positive. Get an ear infection, go hang out with some most excellent people.
