I can't do pictures so you will all have to close your eyes and imagine. Here is a quick and dirty on our trip- Jan 25- Feb 1.
Tavel: Went well- did the Chicago- San Juan- Bon route on AA. Everything went very well and all luggage made it except back home- we had a tight move in Chicago to get to our final home 'port- and we KNEW that our three really heavy bags would never make that! They came in the next morning- with a busted zipper that our airport swears that AA will fix. So I am going to send our $25 bargain bag on its own vacation to Dallas to see what they can do. (Its only the outside pocket- personally I would just pitch the thing but we are experimenting.)
THREE heavy bags- and we stayed at the Sorobon!!(that's another rant- having to meet the weight limit. My husband says that actually ADDS weight- by the time we get another 6 pound bag and re-distribute stuff.) If you have never stayed at the Sorobon- please don't. Its really wonderful- with beautiful Lac bay and a sandy beach. All there is to do is lay in the sun (and , well, the wind) and have adult beverages. Well, sometimes you actually have to go inside to get them. Its our little bit of heaven and the people are very nice. (and c'mon everyone- don't you love it when you can strip away those icky wet things and just air out for a moment after a dive? Its really great to be able to do that AND then go lay out in the sun!!)
well- enough of that!! Got in and rented our car (from AB- very good) and TORE into town to get to Pasa Bon Pizza- town very crowded- they were having a political rally. Wow- I have never seen so many people. First time at Pasa- we sat on the terrace and had a Bright and watched our luggage sitting in the back of the open truck. Those pizzas really are good- and we will eat anything!! mmmmm- the pepperoni was all crispy and the sausage really spicy. We got take away and then checked in. I would highly recommend this!! We were sorry not to get the fish- but they were out. (Although I am a huge cold pizza fan and I couldn't imagine eating cold fish pizza the next day. Which wouldn't have happened anyway because we ate everything the first night!!)

Us too. My wife and always head for Pasa Bon after arriving on American Eagle, picking up the truck and dropping our stuff at the Belmar.
