I read all the posts and I would like to update and get more help if possible . First Marry from sanddollar emailed me and I will call her. I don't want to take this out on Her she was very nice to us with our booking. I don't understand how those 14 people got there. My flight #was delta # 8874 which corresponds to AJ#66 Please anyone tell me If anyone I can get documented proof this plane flew. I just got off the phone with an agent named Randy from delta international who told me that flight was cancelled by AJ because it was not cost effective. I also talked with an agent from travel guard who made some mention of carrier caused cancellation and that it would take 4 to 6 weeks to process the claim. I don't know how this will work out.I am going to write to delta corporate to find out what help they will give.I also will call AJ direct to find out there position.I will give all involved a chance to take their responsibility and I will get back to you with the truth. After that you may believe what you will.

It sounds like you need to start with AJ to see if the flight indeed took off. However, it sounds as if it did since the people arrived on Bonaire that evening via AJ. Keep us informed.

I was on the phone all morning with Delta Who I booked with AJ who was contracted by Delta.Both airlines pointed fingers at each other. The bottom line is AJ cancelled the flight and notified Delta on 6/1 the information never got From corporate delta to Delta automated system so when I called for flight status I was told all was fine. From what I can find out AJ at some time that day changed the cancelled flight #66 to #64 and routed it through curacao. This flight may or may not have been available to delta passengers , but it sure was not picked by the Delta agent I talked to at 5 in the morning.The only person Who was willing to help me was Mary and Sanddollar. I just got an e-mail that they will give me a refund for my reservation.The person that I talked to on Saturday from Sanddollar an agent from the states And Mary felt bad how it was handled. I will post this in as many places I can Find on this sight. I want everyone to Know That sand dollar restored my faith in the Island.Again thanks to all who helped, you made the Difference.
