My hubby and I wanted to drive through the Park this trip, but I heard that some of the roads are closed due to flooding in the northern part of the island.

Dawn, the park has two different routes that you can take. The long way is closed if it has been raining alot. The short route is open unless very rainy weather. Call the ranger station at the main enterance before making plans.

We were just up there today and the park is closed. The ranger told us that it will take a few weeks of good weather prior to opening back up.

The park was still closed as of the middle of last week; also, the roads into the Butterfly Farm and Maiky Snak were pretty much under water in several places. We didn't even try to attempt them. In addition, the road to Gotomeer was under water at the bottom of the hill after you pass the scenic overlook.

The park is not closed completely. It is open 'til Wayaca. You still can't make it to Slagbaai.
