We are considering renting a truck from this company, in no small part because their rates are the most affordable.

Does anyone have experience with them?

Thank you for the links...I had seen them and then promptly posted an inadequate message.

What I should have said was something like - There has been some controversy about Voyager Car Rentals in some threads. Is there anyone who could say more about their experience with this company or is the general consensus that positive posts have been 'insider' posts for the most part (not exclusively).

So, I do thank you for taking the time and trouble to find those threads - and I hope someone might be able to say more.

my experience is very very good about Voyager
and there crew.

I have used Voyager as well. John (the owner) was very accommodating and I would recommend them.

I have also used Telerin (Poppy) and had the same positive experience.

Poppy, is my choice! Good costomer service, and VIP treatment. She meets you at the airport with your vehical, and paperwork... SHE IS THE BEST!!!

Sorry to hear that you had such an experience. Over the years, I have used AB, Telerin, Voyager and several other rental companies. Luckily, I never really had a problem to complain about. Voyager and Telerin were easy to deal with and I would definitely do business with both of them again. On my last trip, John went out of his way and agreed to leave the rental truck near the airport for my arriving redeye flight. We filled the paperwork out the next day and the vehicle was returned without incident when I left a week later. I was a little nervous doing business this way due to vehicle inspection (dents, damage, gas left in tank etc.....). When I mentioned that the gas was a little off, John immediately corrected the amount in my favor without question. My experience with Voyager and John was positive
