Does anyone know if Washington Park is open and,
if so, are there restrictions on where you can go

Washington Park is indeed open, however, access to the Slagbaai part of the park is still closed. We are currently working in conjunction with the island government on repairing Slagbaai as the buildings, beach and road suffered extensive damage as a result of the waves of Lenny. We do have some emergency repair funds available from The Netherlands which are being used to repair the damage and we hope to have all repairs completed by June. We also hope to be able to open up the Slagabaai side sometime before June, even if the repairs on the buildings have not been completed. That will depend upon the road repairs.
