We had the best meal during the three weeks we recently spent in Bonaire at Norca's. Reservations are necessary and there is limited space and as Norca cooks the meal, she can only accommodate a few customers at a time. Everything was fresh, delicious and there was a lot - we couldn't finish it all.
She is a very nice lady and we enjoyed talking with her.

Other restaurants we went to:

Yachtclub; Bistro De Paris; La Barca; It Rains Fishes - theses were all excellent.

Sense, Bravo, Paradise Moon and Appetite were good.

Plazita Limena was OK.

Had two lunches at Norca's in Feb. Great food. Nice place. I wonder why nothing ever went into the space in that building where the Bali used to be. They had a great view and lots of space.

no one wanted to climb those stairs or pay the huge rent... Lucielle was there years ago as was Jardin Tropical, etc. The view was sort of screwy...you looked out over Kaya Grandi, not the harbour. The elevator was another issue....

I remember eating there when it was a French restaurant. Enjoyed that too. The Bali had a bar area in the back that had a nice view of the water, but the dining room did look out on Kaya Grande. And, yes, the elevator...
