I don't know where the park is, but it is held at Parke Publico if that helps. Hopefully someone else knows where Parke Publico is. Or, if you are on the island, call the Shelter at 717-4989 or Paul Wichers at 787-0466.

Go past Cultimara and the hospital (Kaya Soeur Bartola). After the hospital the road will take a sharp turn to your right. The Parke Publiko is a little way down on the right.
