Last trip down there we dove with Larry on the Wild Side, great dives. Does anyone know if he is still running trips or if not have other reccs? Thanks much.

We dove with them in September and had two great dives at White Hole & Funchi's Reef. Well worth it.

From what I understand, Larry is still operating a dive operation on the island that mainly concentrates on the North & other rarely explored areas.

He has a new 26' 6-8 pack boat doing 2-tank dives.

From what I recall, he put a piece in The Reporter some time ago distancing himself from Bonaire East Coast Diving after claims that they had took over his operation.

It is my understanding that they only purchased his old boat an run an independent operation while Larry remains active on another part of the island.

Hi all, yes Michael, talked to Larry the other day, he told me same thing, looking forward to retiring and he said he is gonna run the shop in town that JanArt is opening soon! So much for retirement, huh? Looks really cool and a great location.

Jan had a booth in the plaza for cruise ship passengers. We talked to her and she seems to be doing very well.

The shop is open for 2 weeks now, not completely finished as she wants it to be but already quite nice !
It is in the Kaya Grandi between Boutique Vita and the Appetite Restaurant (ex Flamboyant Restaurant)
